HOW TO PREPARE TUWO SHINKAFA

  1. Combine salt and 4 cup of water in a heavy or non-stick pan, and bring to a boil
  2. Sprinkle rice flour into water, stirring quickly with a wooden spoon at the same time.
  3. Reduce heat to low and continue to cook and stir for 10 minutes and it will turn into this very thick dough ball.
  4. Turn off the heat and remove from the heat. Let the dough cool down a little bit
