HOW TO PREPARE TUWO SHINKAFA

Combine salt and 4 cup of water in a heavy or non-stick pan, and bring to a boil

Sprinkle rice flour into water, stirring quickly with a wooden spoon at the same time.

Reduce heat to low and continue to cook and stir for 10 minutes and it will turn into this very thick dough ball.
